Order

Can I change my order?

It may be possible to modify your order before it is shipped; however, the exact conditions depend on the specific circumstances. Please contact us via the contact form , and we will do our best to accommodate your modification requests and find a suitable solution.

Where can I view my order?

If you have created a customer account, you can view your orders after logging in. If you do not have a customer account, you can find the details in your order confirmation.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We typically ship orders within 1-4 business days. During peak periods such as holidays or promotional offers, processing times may be longer. In case of significant backlogs, we will inform you via email, on this website, or on social media.

I would like to return an order, how do I proceed?

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to decide whether you wish to keep the items. If you wish to return your entire order or individual items for any reason, please contact us via the contact form .

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within Germany, to all European countries (EU and non-EU), the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

What shipping costs should I expect?

All orders over €50 qualify for free shipping !

For orders under €50, we charge a standard shipping rate, regardless of the items ordered.

Shipping costs within Germany: €4.99

Shipping costs within the EU: €7.99

Shipping costs to non-EU countries: €8.99

How long does shipping take?

Since many factors outside our control can affect shipping times, we can only provide an average estimate of shipping times.

Within Germany: 1-3 working days.

Within Europe: 2-6 working days.

Other countries: 5-14 working days.

We ship with DHL; further shipping details can be found on the company website.

Is express shipping possible?

We do not currently offer an express shipping option.
