Shipping Costs

All orders with a total value of €50 or more qualify for free shipping. 

For orders totaling less than €50, a standard shipping fee will be charged, regardless of the items purchased.

Shipping costs within Germany: €2.99

Shipping costs within the EU: €3.99

Shipping costs outside the EU: €4.99

Shipping Times

Currently, we ship to Germany, all European countries (EU and non-EU), the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

 Please note that many factors outside our control can influence delivery times, so we can only provide an estimated average.

Within Germany: 1-3 business days.

Within Europe: 2-6 business days.

International (non-Europe): 5-14 business days.

We ship via DHL. Further details regarding shipping can be found on DHL’s official website.

Shipping Carrier

We cooperate with DHL for both domestic and international deliveries. As such, additional terms and conditions of Deutsche Post DHL Group may apply to the shipping process. For more information, please consult their website.

Customs and Import Fees

For international orders, additional customs and/or import fees may be incurred depending on the legal regulations of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for paying and correctly handling these fees in accordance with the laws of the country of residence.
