Return Policy
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or non-functional upon receipt are excluded; in such cases, we require proof of damage or defect. Additionally, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or other purchase confirmation. To initiate a return, please contact us at: stellar-ella@web.de. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Damaged Items 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Exclusions / Items Not Eligible for Return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for promotional items or gift cards.

Exchange Policy Returning the original item is the quickest way to receive the desired replacement. Once your return is accepted, you may purchase the new item separately. 

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Regardless of the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason, provided the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, must also be provided. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, informing you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
