By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase. Stellar Ella reserves the right, at its discretion, to accept or reject your order for any reason. Your order is considered accepted only once we ship the goods. Acceptance depends on receipt and processing of your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to take cancellation requests after acceptance. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to inform you at the email address, billing address, or telephone number provided. Returns or exchanges are only possible in accordance with our rights of withdrawal policy. You confirm that your purchases are for personal use or personal purposes and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and special offers can change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price applicable at the time of order and will be specified in the order confirmation email received from us. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees. Until the end of 2025/26, this company is applying the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG; therefore, no VAT (value-added tax) will be shown on invoices issued during this period. Please note this accordingly. Prices displayed in our online stores may differ from those in physical stores or other third-party online shops. Promotions or special offers may also apply, which may have different terms and conditions. In case of discrepancies, the conditions of the promotional offer take precedence. Stellar Ella is operated by Shopify, which provides the platform. All transactions you make in our shop are directly with Stellar Ella. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any liability related to your purchases and transactions with Stellar Ella.
